Returns and Replacements

Returning an Item

  • Purchases are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, return the item within 7 days of the date of delivery, unused in its original packaging and all components, ready for the shelf, along with a copy of your invoice and we will refund the total cost of the item minus shipping outbound and/or inbound.
  • Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return an item and to receive a new item
  • Returns on purchases older than 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Any item that has been modified cannot be returned.
  • Any apparel item that has been worn cannot be returned.

Replacement of an Item

  • Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return an item and to receive a new item unless Katman Catfish Bait shipped the incorrect item as evidenced on the original invoice.
  • If this is the case, Katman Catfish Bait will pay shipping costs for the item to be returned to us, as well as shipping costs to get the correct item to you.
